Lou Kenney trained as a chef at Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2009 and has been working in food ever since. She is a food stylist, home economist and recipe writer and she is the author of Dinner’s in the Bag, Foolproof Airfyer and Foolproof Veggie Airfryer (all published with Quadrille). She is passionate about food, farming and avoiding doing the washing up.
