Lou Kenney trained as a chef at Ballymaloe Cookery School then ran her catering business for 10 years. She is now a food stylist, home economist and recipe writer and she is the author of Dinner’s in the Bag and Foolproof Airfyer (Quadrille). She is passionate about food, farming and avoiding doing the washing up. She is currently working on her third book.
